Very Satisfied, But Not Perfect

The Percocet deserves five stars, no question. Packaging was discreet, customer service was polite, and paying with Chime pushed my order through faster than I expected. That part genuinely impressed me.

But here’s the issue: I only learned about this so‑called Chime priority from other buyers, not from the company itself. For something that clearly affects processing speed, it feels strange that customers have to dig through reviews to discover it. A simple heads‑up would prevent a lot of unnecessary confusion and frustration.

To make matters worse, the logistical timeline was a joke:

The delivery was delayed by two full day with zero proactive communication.
UPS tracking information arrived late, leaving me completely in the dark.
Customer service offered nothing but empty apologies instead of actual solutions.

I am thoroughly irritated. A sensitive product means nothing if the company’s incompetence and terrible packaging choices nearly compromise my privacy and standing with my neighbors. I am deeply unsatisfied with how stressful this entire process was.

If you’re buying this for the quality, you won’t be disappointed, the Percocet is top notch. However, don’t hold your breath on the overnight shipping.
